PU Transparent Silicone Wound Dressing combines a transparent PU film barrier, soft silicone adhesive border, and absorbent island pad to deliver protected, monitored wound care in a single dressing.

The central absorbent pad manages low to moderate exudate while the waterproof PU film prevents external moisture ingress. Because the outer layer is fully transparent, wound status can be assessed at any time without disturbing the dressing.

The silicone adhesive border adheres gently to periwound skin, allowing clean atraumatic removal and repositioning during application — significantly reducing the risk of skin stripping compared to conventional acrylic island dressings.
